REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - Moving Services At SwiftShift Movers, we strive to provide excellent moving services to our valued customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following conditions: Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your moving services within 7 days of booking, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your moving services between 6 to 3 days before the scheduled moving date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your moving services within 2 days or less of the scheduled moving date, no refund will be provided. Damaged or Lost Items: If any items are damaged or lost during the moving process, please notify us within 7 days of the move. We will review your claim and issue a refund or compensation based on the extent of the damage or loss. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your move, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and no refund will be issued for rescheduled moves. We are committed to ensuring your moving experience is stress-free, and we will do our best to address any issues promptly.
